Now that the A.I generated welcome is out of the way let me introduce myself, I am Kris, the owner and founder of T.I.M Solutions. I founded the company because like many people who own a house with a basement I wanted to have it finished. When I started getting quotes for the job I was mortified, my cheapest quote was around 20k, yikes! I already had years experience doing major engineered demolition and had been working as a handyman for a couple buildings and property management groups in the greater Philadelphia area for a few years.
